There’s some famous photographs of Ali in Hyde Park prior to the 1966 FA Cup Final. A few months later, Everton fans adopted the chant of, “What’s our name?” following Ali’s infamous fight with Ernie Terrell who refused to call him by his recently changed name. Ali would taunt Terrell throughout the fight by asking him, “What’s my name?”.

The detail shows the branding of Ali’s gloves – EVERLAST, being changed to EVERTON in the same font and style to blend in seamlessly.
